With my service vehicle fully stocked and tablet updated with the latest customer requests, I’m ready to help our community stay comfortable.
First Call – 8:30 AM
My first stop is a routine maintenance check for a long-time customer in Los Osos. These preventive service visits are crucial – they’re how we’ve maintained our reputation for excellence since 1953. While inspecting the HVAC system, I take time to explain the maintenance process to the homeowner, continuing our tradition of educating and empowering our customers.
Midday – 12:15 PM
After completing a few more scheduled maintenance visits, I receive an urgent call about a plumbing issue in Morro Bay. This is where our extensive training shines – being able to handle both HVAC and plumbing emergencies makes us uniquely valuable to our Central Coast community.
Afternoon – 3:00 PM
The afternoon involves installing a new air conditioning system for a family in San Luis Obispo.
