A Day of Transformation at Boulder’s Premier Fitness Studio


Morning Energy: 6:00 AM

The sun hasn’t quite peaked over the Flatirons as I unlock the doors at Core Progression – Boulder. There’s something magical about being the first one in, preparing the personal training studio for another day of transforming lives.

Early Sessions: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Our early morning clients are dedicated professionals from Superior and Niwot who prioritize their health before heading to work. Today’s sessions focus on:

• Custom weight loss programming
• Strength training fundamentals
• Mobility work
• Nutritional guidance

Mid-Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Between sessions, I fine-tune training programs and check in with clients about their progress. The beauty of our 1-on-1 approach means each program is uniquely crafted to individual goals and abilities.

Afternoon Excellence: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

The afternoon brings a diverse mix of clients from Old North Boulder and Wonderland Hills, including:

• Weight loss program participants
• Athletic performance enhancement
• Post-rehabilitation training
• Senior fitness sessions

Evening Wind Down: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

The day concludes with our evening warriors from Newlands and surrounding areas. These sessions often focus on stress relief and building sustainable fitness habits.
